Originally from Sibu, Malaysia, Jimmy moved to New Zealand for high school before completing his medical degree at the University of Otago in 2013. His path to becoming a specialist has seen him serve in Centres of Excellence across both hemispheres, including Christchurch, Auckland, and most recently, a prestigious Advanced Hepatology and Liver Transplant Fellowship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, UK.
Fluent in Mandarin, Jimmy is proud to offer full clinical consultations in both English and Mandarin to ensure clear communication and comfort for all his patients.

Following an Endoscopic Fellowship at Christchurch Hospital, Jimmy specialises in high-volume diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
